The next 3rd person pronoun is (هِيَ), which is used for singular and feminine.
Just like هُوَ, it usually comes first in a sentence as a subject. It comes before a noun (specifically for human) or verbs.
Both the pronouns and the nouns/verbs after it, must be of the same gender. (Feminine and feminine/masculine and masculine).
Examples would be:
هِيَ أُمٌّ (She is a mother)
هِيَ تَشْرَبُ (She is drinking)
